A tubed cold plate consists of copper or stainless steel tubes pressed into a channeled aluminum extrusion. A flat tube cold plate contains internal fin to increase performance and offers excellent thermal uniformity. A performance-fin cold plate consists of two plates metallurgically bonded together with internal fin.
